Student Medical Services is a state funded program that is affiliated with Family Health Network and provides health services to students with no out of pocket expense to the parents. Services include: complete physicals, immunizations, assessments of illness and injuries, medication administration, etc. Students must be enrolled in the program to receive services.

If you would like to enroll your child, please contact Caryl Warner at (607) 863-3200 ext. 22. Enrollment forms may be sent home with students upon request or may be picked up in the health office. Student Medical is in the Office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
